We start on Monday, February 5 at 10:00 am Dutch time with the registration via our website. There you simply enter your first and last name, race category, city, country, club name and your UCI code. If you don’t know it yet, write a 0 and let us know later. Submit and done!
Program 2024
We have a great program! The prologue has been replaced by a criterium, the time trial has become longer for the older categories and we have included two longer circuit races or Omloop in the program. There is also a lot of climbing to be expected on the VAM-berg and Muur van Emmen. The points race and the criterium on the track in Emmen will not return.
We are now sharing the program with reservations. The permits are pending and we are confident that this will be the program. However, should things change, this is not a reason for full refunds.
Monday, July 29 – Criterium Assen-Oost + opening ceremony Assen center
Tuesday July 30 – Omloop Lieveren, municipality of Noordenveld
Wednesday July 31 – Omloop VAM-mountain
Thursday 1 August – Time trial Muur van Emmen
Friday 2 August – Final criterium Asserbos + prize-giving ceremony
Participation confirmation
We classify on a first come first served basis. Categories have a maximum size determined by the national federation for youth races.This is to protect the safety of the riders. If the category is full, you will be put on a waiting list. You will be informed as soon as possible if you are on the waiting list.
Camping
In Assen we have set up a temporary campsite at the Wielerbaan Assen, the competition headquarters in Stadsbroek. You can go there with tent, camper and caravan. We have electricity, toilets, showers and washing facilities. There is also a chemical toilet. The cost is €150 for caravan, camper and large tent (> 10m2) or €85 for a small tent. Tourist tax must be paid on the spot. The amount is still to be determined by the municipality of Assen.

Payment
The participation fee has remained the same as in 2023, so €125 per rider. Also the campsite fees have not been increased.
We ask you to pay before April 1. This can be done on the account of the Stichting Ondersteuning Wielersport. The details are in your confirmation email. Mention the name and category of the rider in the description. After payment you will get a number on the start list. If not paid, the starting place goes to someone on the possible waiting list.
Cancellation
There are many reasons to cancel. Because we also make costs, cancellation is unfortunately not without obligation. Cancel before May 1 is 80% return, before June 1 is 60% return, before July 1 is 40% return and cancel before July 20 is 20% return. This also applies to the campsite.
